APPAREL PRODUCT DEVELOPER
PART-TIME | remote

We're looking for the right person to join our tight-knit group of hardworking outdoors enthusiasts to help us continue to build a brand dedicated to passing on the legendary traditions of hunting and that will leave a true legacy on the outdoor industry for many years to come.
JOB DESCRIPTION
River Brothers is seeking a seasoned Apparel Product Developer with 5+ years of experience in the outdoor and hunting apparel industry. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of product development from concept to production and excels at driving innovation, efficiency, and quality. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bring cutting-edge, high-quality hunting gear and products to market in a timely manner. We are looking to move this position into a full-time role as we grow.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience in apparel product development or a closely related role
- Experience in Apparel Development, Product Development, Apparel Desgin & Engineering, Merchandising, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabric properties, and apparel manufacturing processes
- Proficiency in standard office software (Excel, Word, Outlook) and the Adobe Suite (Illustrator)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with experience managing relationships across multiple vendors and factories
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on continuous improvement
- Experience in the outdoor and hunting industry.
- A passion for spending time hunting and in the outdoors.
Event & RETAIL Sales Internship
PART-TIME | REMOTE in Minnesota

JOB DESCRIPTION
River Brothers is seeking multiple Event & Retail Sales Interns. The goal would be to have you attend all or most of the trade shows for one full year. Majority of our shows are throughout the Midwest, but also go beyond. This internship would have the potential to go full-time joining our events & promotions team.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in the outdoor and hunting industry.
- Loves spending time hunting and in the outdoors.
- Attend all trade shows (Thursday-Sunday) for most.
- Past sales experience.
- Knowledgeable about outdoor industry.
- Willing to talk and be on your feet for 8+ hours.
- Learn all RBO product line.
- Positive attitude and outlook
